What is a Wonderkid in CM 01/02?
Unlike “cheap players” who can be veterans, Wonderkids are players aged 20 or younger with a high Potential Ability (PA).
These are the players who will develop world-class attributes and become the stars of your team for over a decade.
The “God Tier” Wonderkids (Must-Buys)
These are the legendary names that every manager should sign at least once.
- Maxim Tsigalko (SC – Belarus): The icon. At 18, he is the most lethal striker in the game.
- Mark Kerr (MC – Scotland): The engine. Only 19 years old and available for around £450k.
- Cherno Samba (SC – England): A 16-year-old beast from Millwall. High potential but needs training.
- Julius Aghahowa (F C – Nigeria): Extremely fast and ready for top-tier football at 19.

How to find your own Wonderkids?
If you want to scout new talents yourself, use these filters in the player search:
- Age: Max 19.
- Attributes: Look for high Determination, Work Rate, and Pace.
- National Teams: Check the U21 squads of nations like Nigeria, Sweden, Egypt, and Belarus.
